NUMEN Trades provides back-office services for tradespeople and small service businesses, including lead generation, marketing, call answering, scheduling, invoicing, and payment collection. We serve two groups of people:

• Our clients' customers: homeowners and businesses who contact, hire, or pay our clients, and whose information we handle on our clients' behalf.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Contact details: name, business name, phone number, email address, and mailing or service address, submitted through our contact form, booking page, or calls.
• Business details: your trade, service area, job types, pricing, and other information needed to set up and run your services.
• Account and billing information: invoices, payment records, and payment method details. Card and bank details are processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: messages, emails, call notes, and call recordings (where permitted by law and disclosed).

Calls, texts, and our clients' customers text messages.
If you give us your mobile number and consent to receive texts, we or our clients may send appointment confirmations, reminders, invoices, payment links, and service updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls. Calls with our team are recorded for quality and training purposes. We will tell you when a call is being recorded.
Our clients' customers. When we answer calls, schedule jobs, or collect payments for a client, we act on that client's behalf. We use your information only to provide those services, and the client's own privacy practices also apply. Questions about how a specific business handles your information can go to that business or to us.

Children.
