We handle the business side of your trade: lead generation, marketing, answering customer calls, scheduling jobs, and invoicing and payments. Already have a business phone number, website and Google Business Profile? Keep them, and we'll manage them for you. Starting fresh? We'll set up your phone number, email, website, social pages and Google profile.

We charge a share of new jobs we win you, on a sliding scale each month: 10% on the first $10,000, 8% on the next $10,000, 6% on the next $10,000 and 5% above $30,000, never more than $1,500 on a single job. For customers you already have, we charge 3% (2% of payments collected plus 1% of revenue) to run their billing, calls and scheduling. There is no setup fee or retainer, and we bill weekly, only after your customer pays you.

You choose. On the Ad plan, you set a monthly ad budget of at least $350, paid straight to Google and Meta at cost with no markup. If you would rather not run ads, the Content plan is $1,500 a month, charged only in months you get paid: we create all of your content and build your social media following instead.

No. You set your schedule, your pricing and the jobs you want to take on. We're your office, and we work within that.

Most clients have their phone line, website, email, social pages and Google Business Profile running within 10 business days of signing on.

If you bring your own accounts, they stay yours the whole time. When you leave, we return your call routing and remove our access for a $50 transition fee. If Numen sets up your accounts for you, we'll transfer all of them to you for a $450 transfer fee. Either way, outstanding invoices must be paid before the handoff, and your business keeps its number, online presence, and reviews.

Our fee is tailored to your trade. We take a small percentage, between 1% and 6%, of the total value of each job we bring you, and we don't get paid until you do. If we don't win you work, you don't owe us a fee. That keeps us focused on what matters: real, paying jobs for your business.

No. Our fee only applies to jobs we bring you. Your existing customers and referrals stay 100% yours.

Every new client starts with a 90-day introductory period. If Numen sets up your accounts and you cancel during that time, a $500 setup fee applies, reduced by any fees you've already paid us. If you bring your own accounts, there's no setup fee. After 90 days, you can continue on an annual contract that renews automatically with 30 days' notice, or part ways and take your setup with you. Your options then are:Stay with Numen: Continue with an annual contract.Part ways and keep your setup: We'll transfer your full marketing suite (phone number, website, email, social media, and Google Business Profile) to you for $450.Part ways without the transfer: If you cancel during the 90-day introductory period, a $500 setup fee applies to cover the work our team put into building your phone line, website, email, and pages. That fee is reduced by any fees you've already paid us, so if we've already earned $500 or more from jobs we brought you, you can leave at no cost.
